XDEX XP
π¦ How it Works for XDEX
XP earned from trading, liquidity, and validator delegation on XDEX.
XDEX is designed so XP always corresponds to real economic value and cannot be farmed with micro-transactions.
You earn XP across four primary areas:
π± 1. Swaps
XP rewards trading activity that contributes to DEX volume.
XP = 1.0 Γ log(1 + tradeSize / 100)Why it earns XP:
Generates network fees
Adds liquidity utilization
Drives price discovery
Strengthens the trading ecosystem
Example: A $250 swap earns roughly 1.25 XP.
π§ 2. Liquidity Provision (LP Providers)
Providing liquidity is one of the highest-value actions on a DEX. XP is awarded based on the size of the liquidity position.
Why it earns XP:
Deepens liquidity
Reduces slippage
Stabilizes token markets
Supports traders ecosystem-wide
Example: A $500 LP position earns about 6.09 XP.
πΎ 3. Farming (Staking LP Tokens)
Farming rewards long-term liquidity commitment. When users stake LP tokens, they earn XP passively.
Why it earns XP:
Locks liquidity
Tightens spreads
Improves market reliability
Example: Staking $1000 worth of LP tokens earns around 8 XP.
π‘ 4. Validator Delegation (Valistake)
Delegating XNT strengthens the validator network and fortifies chain security.
Why it earns XP:
Increases decentralization
Strengthens consensus
Supports validator uptime and performance
Example: Delegating 1000 XNT earns roughly 9.23 XP.
β οΈ Minimums & Anti-Abuse (Auto-Applied)
XDEX automatically protects against farming:
Swaps below $5 yield 0 XP
LP positions below $10 yield 0 XP
Micro LP stakes or rapid unstakes are ignored
Self-swaps earn 0 XP
Failed transactions earn 0 XP
These notes reinforce trust: "Fair XP, no gaming."
