All XP is calculated using:

XP = Rate × log(1 + Value / Normalizer)

This ensures:

• Small actions earn a little XP

• Bigger actions earn more XP

• Spam is worthless

• Whales don’t dominate

🔄 XP → XNT Redemption

Every cycle, the conversion rate updates:

ConversionRate = TotalXP / VaultXNT
XNT Received = XP / ConversionRate

This keeps the system solvent and balanced.
