Every day at 00:00 UTC, a new cycle begins.

Each cycle represents a 24-hour reward window where all XP earned contributes to that day’s rewards.

💰 Daily Reward Budget

The vault assigns a fixed daily XNT budget to each cycle.

Example:

This daily budget is all that can be paid out for XP earned that day.

It guarantees:

  • Predictable emissions

  • A sustainable reward system

  • No inflation or runaway grants


🔄 XP → XNT Conversion Each Day

At the end of the cycle:

Users receive:

Meaning:

  • High activity days → slightly lower XNT per XP

  • Low activity days → higher XNT per XP

  • Farming is pointless because rate adjusts dynamically

  • The system self-balances without manual intervention


🗓 Weekly Vault Funding

Once per week, the X1 team deposits XNT into the CORE Vault.

This deposit determines the budget for the next 7 daily cycles.
