CORE Vault
The CORE Vault is the reward engine of the X1 ecosystem. XP earned from XDEX, Degen, Wallet, and Social actions is redeemed for XNT from the CORE Vault every cycle.
The vault ensures:
Rewards are sustainable
XNT emissions are predictable
XP maintains real economic value
No inflation or runaway farming
Long-term alignment between user actions and protocol health
🚰 How the Vault Is Funded
The CORE Vault receives XNT from three sources:
1. Protocol Fees (Automatic Funding)
A small percentage of revenue from the X1 ecosystem continuously feeds into the vault.
5% of XDEX trading fees
5% of Degen graduation fees
5% of wallet swap routing fees
This creates a self-sustaining XP economy as usage grows.
2. Manual Top-Ups (Team-Controlled)
The X1 Team may add additional XNT at any time to support:
Growth periods
Marketing pushes
Seasonal boosts
Special events
Degen festivals / Skull Wars
These deposits keep the vault healthy and flexible.
3. Initial Bootstrapping Deposit
At launch, the X1 team deposits a large initial amount (ex: 200,000 XNT) to ensure:
Early users are rewarded fairly
The XP system starts strong
XP always has real redemption value
⏱ Cycle-Based Emission Policy
Time is divided into cycles (daily or fixed block intervals).
At eachcycle:
The vault releases a fixed amount of XNT:
All XP earned during the cycle is summed.
The XP → XNT conversion rate is calculated.
Users receive XNT proportionally to the XP they earned.
This model delivers predictable, non-inflationary emissions.
🔄 XP → XNT Conversion Policy
At the end of each cycle:
Users receive:
Behavioral Effects:
High activity → XP becomes less valuable that cycle
Low activity → XP becomes more valuable
Farming becomes pointless
Rewards always match vault output
Vault emissions are stable
🛡 Sustainability & Anti-Gaming
The vault model prevents:
Inflation
XP hoarding exploits
Unbounded emissions
“Farm at low-activity, redeem at high-activity” attacks
XP only pays out based on the cycle it is earned in, ensuring rewards always match current vault conditions, not user timing.
📊 Transparency
The following should be visible in the CORE dashboard:
Vault balance
Cycle budget
Last cycle’s conversion rate
Total XP minted
Total XNT emitted historically
Estimated vault runway
This builds trust and helps users understand the system.
🎯 Summary
The CORE Vault:
Receives XNT from protocol fees + top-ups
Emits XNT at a fixed-per-cycle budget
Converts XP → XNT dynamically each cycle
Keeps rewards aligned with real economic activity
Makes the XP system sustainable, fair, and hard to game
The vault is the foundation that backs the entire CORE XP economy.
📍 Where to Put This Page in GitBook
Your navigation should be:
Why here?
Users learn what XP is →
How it works →
The categories →
The rates →
Then the CORE Vault explains how XP turns into XNT →
Followed by the detailed XP pages.
This is the perfect logical flow.
